Apartment 1 (2 Adults): ground floor, 20 mt. to the garden and swimming-pool, front-side, living-room and small fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom (40 sqm)

Genuine Tuscan Experience

Though completely renovated, the interiors as well as the furnishing, respect the utmost authentic Tuscany rural country style with the original terracotta tiles and the genuine wooden beams to support and decorate the ceilings.

Bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are included in the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, stoves, pots, glasses, plates, forks and knifes, Italian and American machine coffee, Microwave, etc….



Air-Conditioning in all the apartments, Tv Led with Sat tv with all the most important International channel (not PPV channels), wireless and Cameras for the Guests safety.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and Sat-TV. The large garden surrounded by rose gardens offers the opportunity to enjoy a large swimming pool (16 x 8), Gazebo with sun beds and deck chairs, common areas where to eat and a barbecue with two grills in masonry, we also have a large covered parking with automatic gate, video surveillance systems to ensure maximum security to our customers, Dogs are welcome. It is provided only overnight service without any type of catering. We accept minimum stays of two nights while in July and August only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
